Phillia

Phillia is the Lady in Waiting at The Court of Heart specifcially she has been both the lady in waiting to the former queen Lady Magdalene and the current Queen Apachia . She is one of the few seats of power that has remained in the proper court of the queen between the two reigns, outside of organizations like True Love's Oath and The Matchmakers.

Phillia herself is a forest nymph that awakened on the border of the Arbor Court and the Court of Love, choosing to come over to the court of love as opposed to staying in the forest.

In the Court proper, Phillia is deadly efficient, a skilled politician who has her position almost completely on merit as opposed to her unsourced bloodline. That said, those who know her behind closed doors tend to admit that she's somewhat of a mess in her personal life, with all of her attention paid to keeping the Court of Heart from losing power to other, more ambitious courts.
