Baron Odric

Odric is the Knight Commander of the True Love's Oath, but seems to defy much of the organizations reputation. Ever after swearing off of love and never pursuing it himself, Odric is a warm bear of a man, happy to lend an ear or hand to anyone in need. To share a room with him sometimes feels like gathering around a community hearth.

This is why it was such a surprise when the kind Baron of the Court of Heart commanded his people to follow Queen Apachia in her coup. The True Love's Oath were neutral between the ideas of the courts, having foresworn it all themselves, but there is little doubt that Lady Magdalene was a much more staunch supporter of their quests.

Moreso than that though, Odric turning their back on anyone just seemed uncharacteristic and hasn't been repeated since. Despite his constant friendly nature, his turn on Magdalene has left a mark that keeps some lips tight around him.
