Shapeshift

Schools:
Transformation (living only), Alteration (nonliving only)
The caster may choose a new form for a target, altering that target's form to match that of a chosen mundane creature such as a fish, frog, lizard, bat, pig or octopus. While shapeshifted this way, the target is unable to use magic or abilities associated with its normal form or speak, but can use abilities associated with its new form. The cost of this transformation is equal to the difference in rank between the target and the chosen creature. The target gains the base stats of its new form and is able to communicate with creatures with the same form in a way unintelligible to its original kind.

Lesser Shapeshift

Costs half as much as Shapeshift. Lesser Shapeshift can change a target's external appearance and cosmetic traits, useful for the purpose of disguise or blending in to foreign communities. Lesser Shapeshift's can be used with skills such as disguise or stagecraft.

Greater Shapeshift

Costs twice as much as Shapeshift. Greater Shapeshift can turn a target into another species. The target is able to spellcast and communicate normally with other members of the species.
