Bhabolek

A vast continent that makes up the southern shore of Aklon. Once home to vast freshwater lakes and marshes that receded into sandy dunes, the region of Enkar is now shallow inland sea and arid salt marsh, doomed to rot by the Great Wave. The northwest of Ixgal is largely mountainous desert and sunparched savannah, and south still the grasslands and thousand rivers of Ubukra give way to a thick equatorial band of wet broadleaf forests give way to the distant green hells of Amath. The southern jungle is so mountainous and overgrown that most only reach beyond it by taking the weeks-long journey down the Iteru river, past the forbidden city of Xil, and beyond it the pseudo-mythical realm of the Kuo-At. The Southern tip of the continent is home to the men of Amath, rumored to live semi-nomadic lives as they have done since Age of Long Shadows.

Geographical considerations

Bhabolek's geography and climate create a number of unique features. It's .The rainsoaked jungles of Bhabolek are uniquely with plague and predator, forcing much of the people of Amath to live on grassy plateaus or chaparral. From there they travel down into the sunny savannah and oases, grazing cattle or hunting along side aggressive megapredators. While farms and pastures are common surrounding the bastions, many forcing those who live outside Bhabolek's jungles to acclimatize to hot weather and plenty of sunshine.
