Camonian Trade Language

The youngest of the languages, the Camonian Trade Language was a tongue born after the Cataclysm. It is comprised of bits and pieces of Gnomish, Elvish, Giant, and Aquan. It was a language born out of necessity, after the Cataclysm, a number of tribes and cultures had to come together in order to survive and Camonian was developed to better facilitate communication.   As it is a trade language, it has no real true naming conventions. However, it has developed its own unique sets of insults and slang terms often unique to different trade hubs.   To this day, it is considered to be vital for anyone who wishes to move beyond the borders of their country or deal with outsiders to learn Camonian. That being said, it can sometimes be difficult to convey more complex scientific ideals through the language as it wasn't designed for that in mind. Most scientists continue to use gnomish to document their learning, and only if need be attempt to translate it into Camonian.   Camonian is also usually referred to as 'Common' by those who speak it.
