Miss Lady

Miss Lady is an angelic entity who takes the form of a fluffy, blindfolded cat. Miss Lady also wears a tiny red ribbon around her neck, tied with a neat bow. She has had nearly a thousand different caretakers over her incomprehensible lifetime, each having died in a shocking accident not long after acquiring Miss Lady.   Crimes: Theft, destruction of prophecy and property, perfidy, embezzlement, fate manipulation   Containment: Miss Lady is contained in a 15-by-15-foot cell with pillows and scratching poles in the Rockyard Block (area A2). Visitors are not allowed to interact with Miss Lady more than once and are advised not to divulge any personal information or beliefs.
