Cubeling

Cubeling is a small cube-shaped creature, about 1 foot on each side. He resembles a golden die with red pips. The side with two pips serves as his eyes, while thin limbs extend from the pips on all other faces, save the top of his body, which bears one pip and a tiny crown. He carries a small walking stick for purely aesthetic reasons. In his home dimension, Cubeling’s ability to manipulate fate led him to be worshipped as a manifested deity of fortune. He was made the prophet of an entire kingdom, and they looked to the outcomes of his rolling as divine guidance. In an age of war, his rolls led the kingdom to be destroyed entirely.   Aset, the Seeker determined that Cubeling should be removed before the sapient die should rise to power again.   Crimes: Fate manipulation, assault (stabbing)   Containment: Cubeling is contained in a newly renovated room, holding a small throne and several candles in the A2: Rockyard Block. He has also been “loaded” with two heavy adamantine orbs in his “two” face, so that he can only roll a “five”.

As an agent of fate, I am to be trusted without question.”   Bond: “The people’s worship of me is like a symphony.”   Flaw: “If you don’t give me the respect I deserve, I cannot help you.”   Cubeling sees himself as someone who can do no wrong and always deserves admiration.
