Blodulf, The Rune-Scarred Tyrant, once ruled the shifting kingdom of Skyggeheim, a vast fortress suspended within a dense, ever-changing cloud. Under his rule, mortals were bound to serve his whims and machinations, as Blodulf delighted in manipulating both allies and enemies through mischief and deception. Mortals who dared to defy him found themselves at the mercy of his illusions, pitted against one another in a cruel game of trickery.
After his defeat, mortals shattered his kingdom, leaving it adrift as an eternal cloud over the valley where Skyggeheim once stood. His presence remains, subtle but pervasive, as whispers and compulsions take root in the minds of those who live below.
