An Otonomoi or Human, usually the former, who specializes in the repairing of Otoi injuries.
Almost always an Oscaller who is bound to a Wisp, with only the poorest of humans really stooping to train themselves in Administration then using it to heal Otonomoi, despite their incredible efficacy at the task and the huge amount of money there is to be made.
With their collection of knives and saws in conjunction with their Manifestations, they are able to cut and smooth out wounds that Otoi suffer and through painstaking effort Shepard the repairs that bring Otoi limbs back into function and back in general.
