The Enclave Council Hall

The Council Hall is located in Centerville, high on a hillside and close to the Enclave Watchtower. It is a majestic stone building with intricate carvings depicting all of the Enclave races engaged in a wide variety of activities. There is a large room with excellent acoustics and bleachers for a few thousand surrounding 3 sides of a dais, where the Councilmembers publicly meet and discuss governance matters on Council Days. There are meetingrooms elsewhere in the building where Councilmembers can meet privately with each other, or with their constituents.
Occasionally the Council Hall is used for public musical performances or plays.
