Vammar Brothers Celebrate Their First Victory

After the victory of the Battle of the Brothers Approach, the VAMMAR brothers threw a celebration as the Rhaemorrian forces fled back towards Scardance Keep. Praise was heaped on all of the conroi commanders including the pivotal actions of SERA Catriona and her fellow-knights. Due to the large amount of toasts and her inability to hold an empty cup, it was Ser EMRYS who spent the night draining her glass discreetly. This resulted in quite a alcoholic haze for the young knight as he refused to turn down a single drink.

During the celebrations, the Companions speak to a number of their fellow knights-in-arms and learn some unsettling things. First, that Caloial ne'Brynonne was captured by a Rhaemorrian knight, Ser Isell Thudir. The Brynonne heir was believed to have been wounded severely and last seen being carried off the field by THUDIR.

In speaking with the notable Ser Bans Urilain, they learned that holding the mercenary and plebian troops long enough for a siege may be problematic. The veteran explained that many of them would fan out into the countryside seeking to loot and pillage while the defending forces were mostly holed up in the keep.

Curiously, Ser Mavron's squire was incredibly busy and fastidious-working outside the tent-while MAVROM rested inside and did not attend the celebrations. The young squire almost seemed to ignore him entirely.
