Ash Flinging

Ash Flinging is one of the several elemental abilities that Sapient Animals can possess, belonging mostly to Fire Elementals. Ash Flinging is used from old ash and dust leftover from being lit abalze or simply ash from the environment. It can be flung from fur/feathers/scales, or sometimes even sprayed out from the Fire Sack.

Effect

The User Flings ash from it's fur/feathers/scales, this may get in the target's eyes and lower their accuracy, though it will not cause damage unless it came from the fire sack, in which case, it might.

Side/Secondary Effects

It might cause burns if it was used from the Fire Sack.

Manifestation

It manifests itself in the form of a wave of ash being flung at the target, it stays in the air longer if it is sprayed from the Fire Sack.

Either the Ash that was caught by the user's fur/fathers/scales or the Fire Sack.

Material Components

Ash from either the outside environment trapped in Fur/Feathers/Scales or from dead skin cells within the Fire Sack.

Gestures & Ritual

Shaking off the ash from your Fur/Feathers/Scales, or doing the same "inhale, hold breath, put out fire, exhale remains" techinque Smoke Spraying uses.
