Contrary to Varsatia, Oliphia lies across the Tumult - a vast and chaotic ocean. While scattered explorers have confirmed its existence over the centuries, the rate at which ships are lost to the dangerous conditions and violent creatures of the sea has made regular travel or expeditions impossible. In the last two decades, massive Elemantic steamships have managed to brave the Tumult and establish a foothold in these strange lands.
