The Rosa guard and lions watch Bring in law breakers, and any bounties can be paid here or at any bounty guilds
Prisons are put to trial under cleric, nobles, Peasants and a few select individuals
If found innocent they are freed, and depending severity of crime, judgement can range from
Exile/Banishment, Forced Labor, or Timed Served, Death is for the most vile of crimes.

the hallways and rooms fill with most prison east rooms and chambers most cell's are filled with simple accommodations
and less are held with prisoners, few hold open cells that face the endless sea

A carved Stone statue of a lions head mid roar. it watches the endless sea with a prisoner set in its mouth, Its eyes hold two guard rooms
And its neck is the entrance to the room that has a spiral staircase leading to the wall prison, The corridor leading to the MAW has two walls that make the hall zigzag,
The entrance has two carved statues of knights with lions watch branding. the maw itself is a stone room blocked by a portcullises its an open cell 50ft wide with a 30ft far wall that cuts an open mass with a 20ft stretch of room that opens to the sea and brings in the cold sea air, on the left side is a basic wooden bed in the middle of the floor is a grate flanked by two pillars that hold chains and a single elven man
