An old human man in every right from his wrinkled Caucasian skin white hair and beard of some length.  He stands with hands behind his back and a ponderous smile  he gained the deed for the remnant reformatory school at 23, and by 38 converted it to a respected orphanage. the respect gained by locals and former staff as a student  enforced his right to changes, it did not help that his own family was of some respect it self
Finding mentors, the hard part that took most his life and study's. has given him the perception to see the truth in people, and the path most of his flock or destined.
