Session 2: Strange Tidings Report
General Summary
After arriving at the estate owned by Lord Fergus O'keefe, you were tasked in investigating attacks on his farmland and the disappearance of his crops. A ripped piece of purple cloth was found in a near empty storage shed, bloody and being the first lead in the investigation. A small halfing child named Halmo Lightfoot was found scavenging what little crops remain, being reprimanded by Aes and brought back to his parents, who weren't pleased to see her with their child.
The bloody piece of cloth lead them down a forest path with a trail of small splotches of blood to follow. A suspicious plant was found to be following the party, but nothing seem to come of it, Orion took a small flower and some petals, while Aes picked it up and carried along with them. A small cave was eventually found behind some brush, containing 3 individuals who appeared to be the culprits of the attack. A fight quickly ensued which ended rapidly, with Djinnferno ripping off one of their heads and Orion sleeping another. The final individual gave up seeing their comrades swiftly taken down.
On their way back to the farmland, a fire broke out on a barn, lit by Arsonist Pixies who seemed to revel in the destruction. A guard and few capable farmers attempted to douse the flames while the party fought off the Pixies, quickly putting them to an end, but unable to save the barn. After the fight, a glass bottle was found with a receipt reading :"From the Old Forest Mercantile: Deliver to South Abandoned Building", perhaps being another lead.
