Rayisudi

The Rayisudi is a race that closely resembles a typical depiction of a demon or devil, having red or grey skin, with horns protruding from the forehead, goat-like legs, red or orange eyes, and a long, forked tail. Though the Rayisudi are not related to demons or devils at all. Thanks to their appearance they are often shunned from society and were forced to live in small tribes out in the wilds for generations, until the Great Calamity happened. The Rayisudi survived the Great Calamity due to three things, one is that they were mostly in the southeastern part of the continent, the farthest away from the epicenter of the Calamity, second was due to them being outcasts from society and so their small tribes were able to hide in any natural cover that the cities and towns of the other races did not have, third is that the Rayisudi are highly resistant to the elements and so unlike most, the Great Calamity did not destroy or cripple their entire civilization and actually created an environment that allowed them to eventually thrive.

Geographic Origin and Distribution

The Rayisudi now control a vast area from the Fevnori Forest to Ironil Lake and between the Myverst Mountains and the southern Ves River with many great cities dotting the landscape
