Ešērate of Aḫīalbu
Only nation to follow the hematic court, ruled over by vampire lords. The word Ešērate roughly translates to a governorship, and is not necessarily referring to a military governorship, though in practice the state is an oligarchic stratocracy. Ešērate is a term that can be used for both sovereign and non-sovereign organizations, and is nominally a republican government structure. This is because the Aḫīalban vampires have yet to claim the Divine Throne or even decide if they want to do so.
