Agasha invites the other scholars to discuss the Empire's future.

Over the years, the leading scholars and priests of the Empire had communicated through letters and visits, but this time it was Agasha that called them to the High House of Light.    In a combined effort to spread the literacy of education and literacy in the Empire, Agasha had gathered Asako, Seppun, Kuni, and Asahina for a meeting to decide on how to best facilitate this initiative.    In the end, they decide on founding a scholastic order, represented by a temple to learning in each clan's territory that also corresponded with a cardinal direction each. The Asako in the north, the Kuni in the south, the Seppun in the west, and Asahina in the east. The Agasha, as part of the Emperor's own retinue, would see to that this order would have the resources it would need.    They settle on the name Four Temples (which each temple being named according to its cardinal direction), and it becomes something of an unpolitical-organization, with their primary goal of spreading education and literacy in the Empire to every person.   The project to construct these temples is backed by the Agasha family, as they send engineers and construction-workers to help the clans out.
