The Crab begin to explore the abandoned lands of the Nezumi.
Having become aware of the Nezumi leaving behind their territories, scouts of the Crab clan travel further south to learn more. The accounts that come back are disturbing for many in the clan, as the scouts tell stories of a land twisted and dark, where the nights are darker with many strange sounds, and the rivers run with black sludge instead of water. The name "Shadowlands" spreads quickly among the Crab following these stories, but so far it remains a distant horror to them.
