The man known as Shinsei becomes more widely known.

Shinsei, a man present at the tournament of the Kami, who had a chance to speak to each of them briefly, has begun to spread his philosophical ideas in the Empire. His teachings consist of self-improvement and a greater understanding of the universe.    While many always come to listen to him speak whereever he goes, few seem to take his words to heart yet, but this does not deter him from continuing in this way.   These teachings of Shinsei does gain some popularity with the Crane, Owl, and Phoenix, who always gladly welcome the wandering man, whereas the other clans aren't quite so enamored with his ideas so far.
