Construction beginning/end

The Emperor's seat of power begins its construction.

Construction of the Imperial palace, The High House of Light, begins. The location chosen is high in the northern mountains, where Togashi had discovered the connection to the Dragonlands of Tengoku. The building starts first with a large temple dedicated to Amaterasu, which becomes the influence for the rest of the structure. With Agasha's magic, as well as that from her students, the work will be quicker than expected.   The Emperor also declares Seppun Hill is a sacred site, as it was the first place the Kami touched when arriving in Ningen-do, and the Seppun are entrusted to be its caretakers and guardians. This goes on to further solidify the religious nature of the Seppun and the rest of Hantei's followers.
