The fall of the Kami

Era beginning/end

The Kami arrive on Seppun Hill.

The Kami fall from Tengoku, and some of them become separated from the group that manages to stick together through the strange plummet through space and time.    Prior to the fall, several prophets and seers have visions of a great event that will change history forever: Falling stars shine in the sky - the Kami arrive at Seppun Hill on the first day of the year, and the tribe of Seppun swear fealty to them right away. Stories quickly circulate of the tribe that have received the aid of the Heavens to drive off a barbarous tribe.   After spending some time with the Seppun to get their bearings and understand their situation, the Kami go their separate ways. Some of them plan search for their missing siblings, as well as search for a way to return to Tengoku, while also learning more of the world they had before only seen from a distance.   Elsewhere in the land, the Tribe of Isawa found Gisei Toshi, a hidden sanctuary for their tribe, in response to the Kami's Fall. They write this account of fallen gods down as the beginning of a new era, naming it after their own tribe to act as an intelligent observer of the events to come; Year 1 of the Isawa Calendar.
