With the knowledge of the Kami and with the help of their loyal followers, the Rokugani have now mastered the way of making steel, which significantly improves their ability to farm.   Aided by Shinjo's first riders, the knowledge and tools are spread far and wide across the land. This marks the beginning of proper agriculture in the Empire.   This change greatly increases the positive impression of the Kami for the average Rokugani, who can see how much has changed for the better in such a short time, and they see more good benefits to come. To them, the Kami seem to work without rest to truly improve the lives of those who live under their care and protection.
