Founding

The Kami begin to raise up exceptional humans to gain more responsibility and power.

In the lands of the Crane, Asahina has continued to impress Lady Doji with her dedication to peace and the ways of the Kami. Doji has become so impressed with this companion that she bestows upon Asahina her blessing to found her own Family within the clan, and to train disciples that will serve in the same way as her.   Likewise, Hida rewards one of his most loyal retainers, Kaiu with the responsibility to form the Kaiu Family and continuing his great career of engineering.    While the Seppun, Mirumoto, and Agasha all precede the founding of these families, this becomes viewed as the real turning point for exceptional people to be raised up to a position similar to that of a chieftain in the old tribes.
