Lion Clan

The Lion Clan is a mercenary family that has their roots in the Tiger Federation.

Structure

The Lion Clan is comprised of family members and regular members. Family members have higher positions typically in leadership while regular members are soldiers. Regular members can rise to a position within the family with enough merit and proven skill.

History

The Lion Clan have long been a family in the Tiger Federation that became mercenaries during the Crisis of the 5 pretenders.
In the 1200s AG they rose to prominence defending the border from the Horse Clan as they grew to power in the absence of the Goat clan after their retreat from the Stone Lions.
In recent history they have found themselves to be advisors to the council after a previous head, Zhang Liang, won the Council Tournament.
Their current head is deeply involved in the politics and military efforts of the Tiger clan and his sister has stepped in to fill his duties within the mercenary work of the family.
