Four Winds
The Four Winds are a mercenary company found all across Sheng Xiao.
Structure
The Four Winds are not as well equipped as other mercenary companies because of the scale they operate at. There are four branches, one for each of the cardinal direction, which operate in the general areas of those directions. The commanders are known as the cardinal winds. The North Wind Operates in Goubie, the Land of Strife and Land of Wisdom. The East Wind Operations in the Land of Bristles and the Land of Burdens. The South Wind operates in the Land of Performance and the Land of Magic. Finally, the West Wind operates in the Land of Wind, the Chromatic Peninsula and the Land of Divinity.History
The Four Winds was founded by four soldiers who fought during the Spread of Infectious Laughter and had no prospects at the end of the war. Hundreds of years later the leadership of the company decided to split into four divisions to further spread across Sheng Xiao because of differences in values. The company stays connected by name but each branch now has its own style. In modern times the branches are still connected and share resources. Any member can go from one branch to another and still find work without an issue.Forces for hire
