The Divine Ordeal

Our ancestors wronged the almighty gods. As a result, we have been thrown into this hellish realm to atone for an offense long forgotten. We live now in a monochrome desert, riding giant bugs and hunting down divine beasts. Thousands of our people lived and died here with the faint hope of their descendants seeing the light of day again.
