The Conclave

The Conclave was the central assembly of the leaders of the Enclaves during the Season Of Innocence on Earth. Established by, and directly descending from, the older Guardians Of Earth, the Conclave was charged with maintaining the rules of the Vow of Earth.

Whilst, on the surface the life and culture of the Earth seemed stable and firmly under control during the Great Forgetting, there was not always unanimity amongst the enclaves as to how and why to maintain this state. A critical moment arose when the enclave of Kalonia was ejected from the Conclave because of some specific sociological projections made by its field workers and observers. This led to a schism between the enclaves which never healed until the Conclave ultimately failed.
