Fisher Queen Aketheema Doleph
Queen Aketheema Doleph was the Fisher Queen of Nephatar between 2231 APC and 2308 APC during the age of the Four Aerial Courts when the city was at the height of its powers, and was arguably the most important of the four courts.
She has gone down in history as a legendary beauty to whom many stories are attached, some of which are probably apocryphal but others seem well attested.
Her coronation was a spectacular event. During the ceremony, she shocked the crowds by stripping entirely naked for the ritual swim to the shore. As she climbed out of the water and walked up the steps to the throne, three honour guardsmen fainted clean away before she could be re-robed.
At the same ceremony, the City Council of Highloft gifted her a fabulously expensive bottle of Arcane Amplification Perfume because she was a talented mage. This cemented good relations between these two important aerial courts for many years.
Her reign was something of a golden age for Nephatar and whilst there were rumours of many lovers of both sexes, she never married, so that the crown passed to a nephew on her death.

Mannerisms
The queen enjoyed double entendres and apparently innocent inuendos which she delivered with a lightness of touch and subtlety that sometimes entirely missed its target over the heads of the serious minded scholars and ambassadors on which she often practiced her language games.
