Inbar Ull
Inbar Ull was the leader of the Evening Wolves, one of the more sinister of the Cults of the Evening in the city of Vesper. He was famously accompanied by two pet spider wolves, being one of the few people who learned how to tame them.
Inbar Ull ran a number of gambling establishments in the city and also dealt in narcotics. In the early 620s, he allied his organisation with Pious Rain and the Temple of Hesperos, acting as Rain's unofficial bodyguards and enforcers in places where the influence of the Orthodox Monks did not reach.
Inbar Ull was murdered in the Temple of Pleasure in 626 AF, when Laurette Achelle, acting with perspicacious speed, decided it would be prudent to dispose of Pious Rain's allies at the same time as Cimarine Dalaux was suffering from the technique that would lead to Rain's death.
