Holfagus Roach
Holfagus Roach was the Arch Baron of Quarowl between 1st Chiroth, 2565 APC to 15th Tivith, 2606 APC.
He was the heir to the family that controlled the Great Gaming Hall of Quarowl, which was enjoying a particularly profitable period at the time when he became Arch Baron of the city.
By all accounts, Holfagus was something of a cad, leaving many hearts carelessly broken in his wake before and after he made an advantageous (but reputedly unhappy) marriage with the daughter of a wealthy shipping magnate.
