Zook Beren

A gnome that found great joy in painting and wished to leave his small village to see places and people worth painting. He knew that to survive in the world outside home would be challenging and he would require a means to protect himself. Instead of learning to swing a sword or making a pact with a higher entity, Zook opted to learn the fundamentals of magic and so became a Wizards apprentice for a time, incorporating his artistic ability into his arcane acts. Once he felt comfortable enough with his wizardry and with his fox familiar Rupert, Zook set out into the wider world in hopes of painting his masterpiece. A level 2 Conjuration Wizard with Artificer Initiate to enable him to use painters supplies as a focus.

An aspiring Artist Gnome with an affinity for the arcane arts as well as the art of the brush. Hoping to find areas and items worth being painted and will go to the ends of the earth and beyond to find the picturesque.
