The Party! party Adventure Journal

I power on in the local blacksmith shop with exactly 29 mins and 58 seconds before I am supposed to join the rest of the group. I go towards the forge and stare into the fire whilst I pray to Schmiede. Then the Blacksmith comes out asking what I am doing and I processed all the options and I determined that apologising and leaving without saying what I was doing was the best course of action. I meet Bolg, Stare-y, Olra and Phumton Zaur and we start heading North East. The weather was beautiful with a bright blue sky. No encounters happened. We travelled for 9 hours exactly before setting up camp to rest. I was the third watch and saw nothing of note.
The next day we get up and start heading in the same direction as the day before we hear some hooting. We look around and can't see anything. Olra checks our surroundings for any undead, celestial or fiends but there weren't any. Then Stare-y casts Awakened Mind and points towards a hill saying it is coming from that direction. I calculated the best course of action and decided to run towards that direction. However I ended up stepping on a burrow and got my foot mildly stuck. Once the rest of the party got to my location I freed my foot from the burrow. No major scratches or damages thankfully. We look into the burrow and see a feather in it. I gently pull at the feather and feel it is attached to an organism. We dig up the burrow a bit further and see an owl with a broken wing. Olra ended up mending their wing with some Lay on Hands. Once that happened the owl starting hooting and flew up into the sky and started circling us. More and more owls started to appear. After a little bit they all land and start looking at Olra and Phumton Zaur strangely as they are both Owlins. Phumton Zaur successfully calmed them down. Then one of the owls points towards the burrow they were in. So we dig it up a bit more and then the owl goes inside and then flys up into the sky and drops something into Phumton Zaur's hands. It is however invisible so I cast Identify on it. Schmiede comes into my mind and starts laughing. I have never heard them laugh before. Apparently it was a ring of invisibility that when it was not on it was invisible but when it was on it was visible. So basically a reverse ring of invisibility. It is a very stupid object. I inform the others about this. Then the ring is tried on and it does become visible. It is a gold ring that reads "Made you Look. You Lost the Game" in Elvish according to Olra. The thing is the owls could see the ring no matter if it was on or off one of our fingers. We tried to figure this out but after awhile we decided to give up on figuring out as it was baffling us. Olra took the ring for themselves. We decided to name the spot "The Owl Shrine" in the Burrow Plains.
After walking for a longer time we come across a tree with lots of scratchings. Bolg gets really startled and runs into the forest whilst Stare-y has a panic attack and casts Thunderclap. Thankfully none of us got hurt but we got Stare-y to calm down. I do not know what they thought it was but it definitely was a big creature. So we wander into the forest to try find Bolg. We then hear some noises that sounded like a fight further into the forest. When we get there Bolg is almost dead after battling a massive boar with metal tusks and a couple smaller versions of that boar (potentially its offspring). The party battles all of them. As I was in the heat of the moment I do not remember every single thing in the battle (once I get enough funds I shall try upgrade my memory card as it could be better) but I did remember some key moments. I cast Heat Metal on one of the smaller boars' tusks which hurt them a lot. Olra who was flying above the battle was "Free Willy"d out of the air by the biggest boar and almost died from the tusks searing into their flesh before both slamming into the mud. We ended the battle victorious (one boar ran away before we could slay it but it is fine). We harvested the hides and tusks of these boars. I also found a band that was ingrown into the biggest boar's neck. Stare-y tried it on and when feral but we got it off quickly enough. I decided to take it as I think I would be able to resist any primal ferality it might cause the wearer of it. We decided to name this area the Boar-der Lands
We decided to then head back to the main camp. The owls we met earlier followed us for a while until a bit outside of camp. They seem to want to be visited again. Maybe some future adventurers can do so in the future
This has been my report of this excursion
