Ruled by the Bellecourt clan for 100s of years a Bellecourt saw its lordship fast become an elected position they often held. Currently presiding Illyana Bellecourt, who like many of her predecessors bares a youthful visage despite tales of her age being in the centuries.
While the shadows of the towares and looming buildings are ever present in this city, it has a grim beauty to it and its people while sullen in appearence are some of the most kind and welcoming one could find in archea. There is a deep love for the bellecourt family and the leadership their family has provided, protecting the city often from outside threat and internal strife.
