Kalista

Seated at the south-eastern edge of Cambria lay Kalista an energetic upstart of a city. They have been putting in a monumental effort into rejuvenating and restoring their old quarter. As well as pouring a massive amount of funds into newer infrastructure and expansion of the city. Their senator Kyro Koro has been heard saying he wants to be as big as Calimar. Kalista is a proud city full of people who take great personal pride in how nice they keep it for how harsh of an environment it's in. Truly the jewel of the Cambrian expanse.
Kalista, depending on who you ask deserves all its glory.  Though some may feel it should've stayed a humble town.  The Old Quarter of Kalista is still a mainstay and quite the site to see.  Theres art, food, performances, and gilding everywhere.  More recently other areas have been cropping up to comply with Kyro Koro's visions.   The new infrastructure however has been key to their recent successes in both a local and transcontinental respects.
The populace of Kalista are known to be very giving.  Everyone is a family member to each other related or not.  This is an incredibly strong community known for taking care their own as well as strangers and visitors.  Giving credibility to this belief is the number of homes for any and all orphans that come their way.  As a member of one of those Orphanages Kyro Koro has made it top priority to protect as many children as he can.
