Ill Elumore
Elven city located on the Lake of Fey. Said to contain one of the last ways into the Feywild. The city is full of older elves who mostly prefer the company of their own kind as the younger ones are often out experiencing the world. Not that it is all elves who inhabit the city, but they are the primary residents of the locale. Sehanine Moonbow shrines can be found all over the area. Moon elves are very respected having such close ties to the Primordial elves. As well as the Eladrin.
Being built around a bayou has provided some interesting landscape to be built around. Ill Elumor is comprised of Many small homes and buildings on stilts and platforms. Most of the larger structures are built up towards the canopies of the great willows. Magnificent in its own right even after the Wilting of the leaves. The city proper spans quite a ways into the bayou. Further beyond is the outskirts and that encompasses a vast expanse and has its own culture different from the city proper. Different in that it's more familial like one big house. Most folk from Ill Elumore regard this area as House Bolaya. They say all who are lost will find themselves at the entrance to House Bolaya all they need to do is follow the floating lights.
Ill Elumore is populated by mostly wood elves and moon elves, and while they respect the high elves and eladrin most of them believe they're better than living in a swamp. All the while the elves of Ill Elumore are quite friendly. Though the ones in canopy tend to be more reserved and are generally just the older elves. The ones on the ground of the city proper are hospitable to anyone and everyone. Should an adventurer meet a member of house bolaya they have probably made a friend against their own will.
