The Sky Citadel

The Sky Citadel is the largest of the 10 sky docks in Mythelion. It is held aloft by hundreds upon hundreds of hot air balloons, acting as a port for up to several hundred air ships. Even though it is aribourne it cannot be moved under its own power, instead being drawn about by ropes tied from the structure to many horses. Most often though it remains stationary, acting as a refueling and restocking location for air ships during times of war. The Sky Citadel itself resupplies via either hoisting materials up from the ground or hot air ballon. As armaments go, many arches are stationed aboard the citadel, along with ballistas and trebuchets on dedicated ramparts. Other dedications aboard the Sky Citadel include medical areas, mess halls, barracks, storage rooms, and, of course, sky docks.
