The Oracle of Nasmen

Located on the small island of Sumbar, near the center of the Pirate Isles in the Sea of Fallen Stars. The Oracle would answer questions with a single answer provided an offering was made. The answer to the question would often be vague, although always true. The greater the offering, the more specific the answer. To give the offering, you have to toss it into a well. There is no sound whatsoever in the well after you toss it in - like it has no bottom, or something is catching it before it hits the bottom. The value of the offering seems trivial: more expensive does not mean a greater offering, it is specifically tied to what you deem valuable, or important to you. 
The Oracle’s voice has an otherworldly sound like they are speaking in three different octaves simultaneously.
