Eye Spy

One of the party members starts experiencing an odd itching sensation on their back, or base of their neck. Upon reaching to scratch the itch, they notice that an eye has suddenly grown on the back of their neck. They have no control over the eye, and cannot see through it, but it does track people/things as they move.
