This weapon is ornately evil looking, and clearly well made with yellow tendrils that creeping up the blade. and small clenched skeletal hand clutching a ruby at it's pommel.
As a bonus action, upon a successful hit, the target must make a constitution save (DC__). If the target fails, this dagger will imbed itself in the target, sending tendrils of black ooze up their veins toward the heart, at which point the wielder is able to steal 1 spell from the target’s available spell list, creating a copy of the spell. If the save is successful, there is no effect beyond the damage of the dagger. This ability is single use, regardless of available spell slots, and must be used within 1 minute, or it is forfeited (e.g. a Champion Fighter with no spell casting ability is able to use this weapon, and steal a spell). The spell must not exceed your current level (e.g. a level 5 player could not use a level 9 spell). 3 charges per long rest for stealing a spell.
