Wratholme Tower

Structure

Toward the very top of the tower resides the Gnomish scientists, that serve primarily as all sorts of inventors, and secondly as political powers. They aren't the beginning and end of political debates, but they're certainly the most powerful of any group in Wratholme - They built the place, after all.
Throughout the tower is other sorts of better off folk that either bought, worked, or otherwise earned their way into living in the town's most central and grand piece of architecture.
