NASA Launches 1st Mission to Mars

Able to keep the strength up of all astronauts on the mission thanks to artificial gravity, as well as an ability to maintain a healthy aquaponics supplemental feeding system, NASA launches their first attempt to reach Mars.
The team begins what becomes the first Martian colony. The United States invites some of the international community to help with the scientific research. Corporate nations are never extended an invitation.
