A demon is summoned in the Iron Ring of Balckiron, killing all combatants and many sectators. Clan Holkurg who runs the Iron Ring is removed from their status within the city and their hall is given to a rival clan, Clan Tsadok.
The Iron Ring is sealed off from the city.
