Starville, Mage Rivers, Arbane

This gnome village is built in the treetops of the forest. Sprites also make up a large portion of the village and, technically by numbers, the majority of occupants. Starsville isn’t really a village of any note to travellers except to lay their weary heads while traversing the rivers. Bards in Arbane often speak of it, however, in song and poems for the unique light show that seems to happen each night as the sprites move about their lives in the branches.
