General Summary
The party experienced the atmosphere of Desert's Promise, also known as the Cradled Canyon Awaiting the Weary in the Sun-Baked Expanse, a commune located in the southwest of Galda. They discovered that a drought had been concealed from the residence, with the community running low on their water rations from reserve.
In response to the crisis, the council imposed a geas to randomly select individuals from the village and compel them to investigate the situation and save Desert's Promise. The geas chose the party members, each of whom had varying reactions to the magical influence, leading to an eruption of emotions before they separated.
The session concluded with each member finding a way to calm themselves as evening descended upon the community.
Breeze is visiting with Cactus Flower. There were some slight feegal shenanigans.
Arderia snuck upstairs through the window with poor stealth after being out all night.
Emergency meeting with the council
Yersha was brought to DP as a wanderer in the desert. She learned there was a water shortage that is currently being kept secret.
Arak was sleeping at the bar when her cousin rudely woke her up. He was instructed to assist Daka, the dwarven bar owner, and Yersha in setting up the alcohol at the market for the fair.
(3 days prior) Katzen was in the desert, dodged a lightning strike, got swallowed by the sinking sand sea, and woke up in a lightning cave face to face with a djinn (green with golden fringe). Made a deal with a djinn for the power to follow through with the answers to his questions. The pact created a tattoo of mountains and clouds on their fur. They were given a vision of the area of DP and began heading that way.
Breeze, Cactus Flower, and Arderia start to set up the stall at the market before Breeze heads back to Manadh on a new Firefly Helicopter. One of Cactus Flower's admirers approaches and distracts Cactus Flower as Arderia sneaks away.
**Meanwhile, away from the Group**
Council members are concerned about the water being too low. They intend to put in place a geas.

Yersha, Katzen, and Arak had set up the stall and were tasked to distribute drink menus to the market.
Yersha starts hearing mice talk, causing a slight disturbance in the marketplace.
Three gongs sounded in the market, indicating an emergency meeting. The entire village gathered, and some strangers surrounded the villagers. They announced there was a drought happening. It has been 150 years since they used the Geas. They have been hiding the water drought.
"The Doom of Deserts Promise is the Doom of Galda. Seek out the stone and the circle, and know their tendrils reach far The Serpent sleeps beneath the dunes, and his awakening will shake the sands. Heroes from the four winds and from no winds take this task"
Party members get pointed out who glows. Everyone gets their first level.
The Geas is only three words "Save Desert's Promise"
The silver lamp came from Cactus Flower's hidden box in her guitar. White smoke forms her past lover/Breeze-father and gives her a mark.
Yersha wildshapes into a giant desert cat and runs away to hide.
Arak gets a fancy dagger that forms on his belt.
Arderia tries to slap Clay Hands with the ritual but is stopped and explodes verbally at everyone involved.
Cactus Flower & Katzen go to find Yersha curled up in a ball, suffering from the effects of resisting the Geas. River stone gives Yersha a magically grown flower and offers to help her learn about her gifts, reminding her that they are only as dangerous as you make them.
Clay Hands listed the elements when seeing Cactus Flower and said, "Maymun Waits."
