Red House Syndicate

An international crime syndicate, operating in nations across the silver Circle and beyond. Smuggling, Drugs, Piracy, Human Trafficking; they have done it all and worse. Their resources and access to anti-divination measures have made them a blight on the Bektashi reputation and a thorn in the side of House Al Cham. The current head of their affairs in Samara is a man called Cleaver who only recently took power after the previous leader died in mysterious circumstances. Their second base of operations is a secret harbor on Skaku Island. From here the smugglers and pirates of the Red House Syndicate play a constant game of wits with the Al-Cham Navy. A fracture has been forming between the Skaku Island and Samarra branches of the Syndicate as the current Skaku leader, Therea, hates Cleaver, the upstart and bloody head of the Samarra branch.

Cleaver, Former 'Fixer' and Current leader of Samarra branch of the Red House Syndicate. Known for his blood splattered mask and huge cleaver-like blade.
Rumpel Minze, Card Shark and Con-man, sent on vacation to lay low after he was caught cheating an off-duty The Bektashi at cards and narrowly avoided arrest.
