Merchants pass is the main road between Hakkak and Manadh without venturing into the dangerous mountains of the Spine or traversing the pirated seas of the northern boarder. Hakkak keeps it heavily patrolled with representatives from all of the 100 Tribunal Clans in order to keep the commerce open.
