Klateen, Tempest Valley, Arbane

Klateen is one of the villages that reside in the valley. It is a primarily elvin village. The fishermen of the village have learned to find currents and throw their traps with balloons into them to be carried up to the sky. When it's time to retrieve them, they use gliders from the tree tops to catch the currents and skillfully retrieve their catch.
