Kenah Canal

Barge traffic is a continuous sight along the canal connecting Behaireh Lake to Samarra. Traditionally these were pulled by oxen, but recently steam powered barges, curtesy of Verdan artificers, have been introduced and mix of the old and the new can be seen plying the river.
